I am passionate about my work and consider it an honor to help people navigate and move forward to lead happier and more fulfilled lives. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support a wide range of challenges. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment to help guide you through life's challenges and the often unpredictable ups and downs. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities and adapt treatment to fit your individual needs. I work from a strengths-based perspective and have a warm, gentle, supportive, non-judgmental, therapeutic style. I am trained and knowledgeable in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief processing, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum issues, spiritual/religious issues, and many other challenges.
