If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling with your emotions, I strive to support you by listening and guiding you toward healthy coping and relaxation skills to reduce anxiety, overcome depression, and get on the path to living a happier, healthier life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During the first session, I will get an inventory of who you are. I will listen to what you want to get out of our counseling sessions and build a treatment plan to help you reach your goals. The majority of your growth will happen outside of our sessions. I will provide you with tasks to complete or skills to practice, so be prepared to do the work. You build the life you want, I am along for the journey holding the map and helping you stay on the road.
