I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who works with children, adolescents, and emerging adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, and other emotional and mental health challenges, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals. I bring an approachable, person-centered style to therapy and believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship to foster healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach and integrate evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work toward their goals. I believe healing is a process and am passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
