I’m certified in neuropsychotherapy (NPT-C) and trained in powerful therapeutic techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, and FLASH therapy. My approach is conversational and warm (with "splashes" of snark and sass ;) ), creating a safe space for you to share your story and work through your pain. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of New England and a Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, which have both shaped my compassionate and informed approach to therapy. I understand that seeking therapy can be a daunting step, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering empathetic and personalized support every step of the way.
