Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Arizona. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Ottawa University and have been practicing for 12 years. Additionally, I hold a Doctor of Health Science from A.T. Still University. I help people overcome and manage anxiety and depression by providing CBT tools that positively impact their lives.
