I hold a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Substance Abuse, both from the University of West Florida. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate through grief and bereavement, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, depression, anxiety, family relationships, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. My approach to therapy is client-centered and empathetic.
