Hi there, I'm Brandon! My name is Brandon Rose, LCSW. Licensed since 2017, I have mainly worked with adolescents and their families through residential and community-based mental health programs. I believe the client's voice matters and get excited to see the people I work with succeed. I want to be in your corner, pointing out things that don't match up in a supportive way because I care about your best interest. I want to meet you where you are and want your feedback so we make this work for you. My approach I draw from several theoretical approaches but heavily utilize CBT. I incorporate solution-focused, client-focused, and strengths-based approaches to help clients work toward their goals. My focus I have worked with adolescents and adults addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, peer and family conflicts, self-esteem, mood dysregulation, and trauma. My communication style Early sessions may involve more directed questions or prompts to start. I want you to drive the ship. I often say, "Correct me if I'm wrong," because I want to understand what you are saying and need. I aim for a relaxed, non-judging space. You are the expert on your life; I help give you tools to work into your story. My journey to mental healthcare I have been in mental health for over 10 years, mostly with adolescents and families in community and residential services. I am drawn to helping people recognize their inner positives and find renewed purpose when clients meet and exceed their goals. Education I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. I hold a Bachelor's from James Madison University and an Associate's from Blue Ridge Community College.
