“Brandy has a very friendly approach. When I‚Äôm talking to her, it feels like I‚Äôve known her my whole life. She‚Äôs the first provider I‚Äôve felt comfortable enough with to share the deepest parts of myself and my history without feeling judged at all. I genuinely feel like I‚Äôve made more progress within the last 6-8 months I‚Äôve been with Brandy than any other therapist I‚Äôve seen since I was 12. She‚Äôs the perfect provider for me and I don‚Äôt know where I‚Äôd be without her help.”

Getting to know Brandy Dykes

Hi there, I'm Brandy! Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, and reaching out for support takes real courage. I work with people who are ready to better understand themselves, heal old wounds, and build more fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves. If you're feeling stuck or simply longing for something more, I’d be honored to support you in finding your way forward. My approach I'm a therapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship challenges. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore emotions, set boundaries, and find balance. I specialize in postpartum support, teen issues, and family dynamics, using approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My focus I work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained—whether from trauma, anxiety, depression, or burnout. I also support women navigating postpartum challenges, parents struggling with family dynamics, and teens dealing with emotional or behavioral issues. If you're feeling lost, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward, I offer a safe, supportive space to untangle what's weighing on you. Together, we’ll work to set healthy boundaries, heal emotional wounds, and rebuild your sense of self. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and ready to live more fully and authentically. My communication style In sessions, I aim to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and free of judgment. My communication style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back. You can expect honesty, compassion, and a steady presence as we navigate difficult emotions or life transitions together.
