What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that healing happens in connection; with yourself and with others. My background in community-based and hospital social work has given me a deep appreciation for the unique circumstances each person brings to therapy, and a strong understanding of the systems and resources that can support your recovery. At Thousand Branches Wellness, I offer group therapy in a warm, welcoming environment where you don't have to navigate this alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At Thousand Branches Wellness, I provide group therapy through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — a flexible, community-centered approach that fits into your life rather than disrupting it. Groups draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Systems Theory, creating a collaborative space where growth and healing can happen at your own pace. New clients begin with a 1-hour intake appointment, after which you'll be matched with the group that best fits your needs and schedule. At this time, I am only accepting new clients for group therapy. You will initially be scheduled for a 1-hour intake appointment but will then attend group therapy afterwards.
