I was really nervous going into the appointment, but once we started I felt really at ease. The office is an inviting, clean space that’s not overwhelming and not too big or small. Dr.Vargas listened intently to everything I said and spoke in a sympathetic, understanding tone of voice. I could tell she really cared. I did not think I would feel to comfortable going to see a therapist, but I felt like I was at home talking to an old friend.
