*Mindful Therapy Group requires a credit card to be added to your account before your intake appointment with this Provider. After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details.* I've been practicing since 2022. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been drawn to counseling by my innate desire to help people through the promotion of mental health. I work with families, couples, and individuals from diverse backgrounds using a cognitive-behavioral approach. I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other issues. I also work with families seeking support during times of stress, conflict, or major life transitions. I help families and couples improve communication, navigate ongoing conflict, and better understand one another's needs. Deciding to seek therapy can be a daunting task and having a safe space to process your unique experiences is the key to reducing the anxiety that can accompany starting therapy, and promote personal growth and healing. I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience and we should work together to achieve your personal goals.
