Psychotherapist
WA
Taking the first step towards healing can be difficult. Let me help! I am a licensed art and mental health therapist offering therapy designed to support your healing, growth, and self-expression from the comfort of your own space. Art therapy isn’t about being “good” at art; it’s about using creativity as a tool to explore your feelings, reduce stress, and better understand yourself. We’ll work together using art, conversation, and mindfulness, DBT, IFS, and strength-based counseling to meet you where you are—emotionally and literally. No commute, no pressure—just a safe, supportive space to breathe, create, and heal. Curious about getting started? I’d love to connect. My approach I use a combination of art therapy, DBT skills learning, IFS exploration, self-compassion, and trauma-informed therapy to help clients on their path to healing. As each person I work with is different, so are my approaches to a session. Finding the best fit for a client is my top priority. My focus Have you been struggling with managing stress, burnout, and the ever-changing world lately? I work with clients struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma processing. Whether you're looking to find motivation, self-compassion, self-insight, build coping skills, or discover more about yourself, I'll work to help guide you through your healing journey. My communication style I prioritize clear, direct, and open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient. My goals for you Therapy is your space to work on yourself and set goals. I like to think of my clients being in the driver's seat, and I am the passenger helping to read the map/GPS and have a different view out of the windshield.
