I believe in meeting the client where they are at, building on their existing strengths while working on the issues that brought them into therapy. I use Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focus, Strength-base, and motivational interviewing to help clients build their autonomy and move toward a better life without the need for therapy.
