My approach I use Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focus, Strength-base, and motivational interviewing to help clients build their autonomy and move toward a better life without the need for therapy. My communication style I offer a calm, safe space where you will never feel judged. I listenc losely and give practical feedback to help you take back control of your life. If you feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelemed, we will pause and use imagery / breathing tools. Together, we will build real-world coping skills and strong boundaries that protect you moving foward. My journey to mental healthcare My journey grew from a deep care for people and a passion to help those stuck in a "freeze" response. I want to help you beat the heavy feeling of anxiety or trauma. I truly want to support you in building a better, happier life where your painful symptoms are decreased or completely gone so you can regain control and peace. My goals for you Therapy is a partnership. Together, we will set real-world goals that matter to you, like lowering anxiety, breaking free from substance cycles, or clearing trauma. As you gain insights, we will adapt your plan so it always stays supportive. We will track your wins using small steps so you see progress and take back control of your life .
