Breona Gray, LCPC

Psychotherapist
MD
I am a licensed therapist in Maryland, New Jersey, and Michigan. I help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and life transitions by combining evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative approach. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you feel supported, empowered, and equipped with tools for lasting growth. My approach My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership, so I invite clients to take an active role in shaping the process. I integrate Humanistic Theory, CBT, ERP, and Motivational Interviewing to provide both empathy and structure—balancing emotional support with practical strategies for change. Sessions with me are warm and nonjudgmental, where clients can explore their experiences openly while also learning tools they can apply in daily life. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create lasting growth that extends beyond the therapy room. My focus My focus is on supporting individuals who are navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. I also work with those exploring their identity, managing neurodevelopmental differences, or living with conditions such as Bipolar Disorder and Personality Disorders. My approach is affirming and inclusive, providing a safe space for LGBTQ+ clients and those navigating alternative lifestyles. Whether someone is seeking practical strategies to manage symptoms, healing from past trauma, or striving to build resilience and healthier boundaries, I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique goals. My role is to walk alongside clients as they discover insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward feeling more grounded, empowered, and authentically themselves.
