Getting to know Brian Donovan

Thank you for considering me to be your Therapist. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since March 2010, and I hold a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. My practice focuses on helping individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or family-related issues. I also work with couples who face challenges such as communication difficulties, infidelity, sexual-related matters, conflict resolution, parenting problems, and financial concerns. My goal is to be considerate, non-judgmental, understanding, compassionate, and instructive when counseling you. I believe everyone deserves to be heard and respected. My approach to counseling is client-centered, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy. I want to help you better understand yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions. I look forward to working with you.
