Greetings! Thank you for viewing my profile. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2008. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Florida Tele-Health approved provider, National Certified Counselor, and Master Addiction Counselor. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in many different capacities. I have extensive experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. I have supported clients with moderate to severe behavioral and emotional issues, including AD/HD, oppositional defiant behaviors, conduct problems, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, suicidal ideations, narcissistic and borderline personality disorder/traits, Autism spectrum, relationship and family conflict, domestic violence, child abuse/neglect, stress, anger management, career coaching, addictions, and substance abuse-related disorders and issues.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The initial intake/counseling session consists of gathering background information, identifying major sources of stress/anxiety, and developing a treatment plan and coping strategies to assist with the obstacles/struggles the client may be experiencing.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
