Hi, I’m Brian Smerdon, LMHC, and I’m here to navigate the twists and turns of mental health with you. Specializing in anxiety and stress management, I help you find calm in the chaos. I will help you find a healthier mind! I have many years of experience working with all age groups in clinics, schools, and in-home sessions. I began my counseling career working with victims of trauma, substance abuse, PTSD, and sexual abuse, and I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, and marriage and family therapy. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
