“Briana clearly explained the rules and expectations for therapy sessions from the beginning and checked that I was comfortable with them. She then asked thoughtful, specific questions to understand my history, my past, and the reasons I was seeking therapy. She made it clear that she could help me with the areas I wanted to work on. I appreciated how accurately she understood what I am going through, which is why I decided to continue seeing her. She also gave me homework to create a list of topics I want to address in therapy. I really liked this approach because it feels pragmatic and organized, and it helps ensure we cover everything that matters. Based on my first interview with her, I'd recommend her.”

Getting to know Briana Bradshaw

Hi there, I'm Briana! My name is Briana Bradshaw, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Albizu University and my Bachelor’s degree from Saint Leo University. My approach is unique to each client, and my goal is always to instill hope for progress and a brighter future. I focus on young adults struggling with purpose, pre-marital and marital issues, life transitions, adult children of divorce, anxiety, and individuals managing autoimmune disorders or chronic illness. My approach I utilize CBT, solution-focused, client-centered, and family systems therapies. My focus Most of my clients fall into these groups: 1) young adult females struggling with purpose, confidence, and self-esteem; 2) pre-marital couples; 3) marital couples post-infidelity; 4) adults dealing with anxiety or chronic illness; and 5) those struggling with time management and organization. My communication style I create a reliable and consistent environment. I am realistic and straightforward while maintaining empathy and connection. Many have told me it wasn’t hard to connect with me or be vulnerable. I allow clients to be okay in whatever “mess” they come in with. I won’t ever show up in a suit with my nose in the air—I have tattoos and a sense of humor. My journey to therapy By age 10, I knew I wanted to be a therapist. I was fascinated by why people made the decisions they did and how unique personalities are. My parents’ divorce sparked my passion. Marriage and Family Therapy became effortless and enjoyable for me. Helping create progress and positive change in the relationships that matter most is deeply rewarding. My goals for you I love making therapy collaborative, helping clients discover what’s lacking in their lives, and turning those insights into meaningful goals.

Briana is an incredible therapist and has a heart of gold. She wants nothing more than to help people and I promise you’ll be thankful you chose her as your therapist!
If you are looking for a therapist I recommend Briana. She is kind and a great listener! I always leave our sessions feeling refreshed and not as heavy as I came in. She also has a gentle way about her and I look forward to our sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a therapist and looking for mental health recovery. She is also non judgmental and that is very important to me.
Briana is very objective and informative while at the same time she has good intuition. She’s very relatable and easy to talk to but will also be direct when needed with regard to the topic at hand which helps bring clarity and direction.
Briana is a therapist who has a gift to see the root issue very quickly. She will walk out your journey with you until the main issue is addressed. She has helped me by incorporating biblical, Christian spiritual practices, in addition to her thoughtfulness and tenacity as a mental health professional. I would recommend her to anyone.
