What should a new client know about working with you?

You should know that our sessions will be highly collaborative—your voice, your cultural background, and your goals always come first. As a bilingual therapist, I am passionate about providing a space where you feel completely understood, whether we are speaking English or Spanish. We will work together using a blend of proven approaches tailored specifically to you. This might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns, DBT to build emotional coping skills, or trauma-informed care to safely process the past.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. We will talk about what is bringing you in, explore what you want to achieve, and make sure you feel comfortable. From there, we will collaboratively build a clear, supportive treatment plan. In our ongoing sessions, we will actively work on those goals, continuously checking in to ensure you are gaining the insight and practical tools you need to move forward
