What should a new client know about working with you?

You do not need to have it all figured out to start therapy. I meet you where you are and provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges in relationships, identity, and life transitions. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you uncover patterns and insights. Together, we work toward feeling more grounded, more connected, and more confident in your relationships and your sense of self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin by understanding your story and what feels most important to focus on. I help clients notice patterns in relationships, emotions, and identity, then work collaboratively to create strategies and insights that feel meaningful. Couples sessions focus on communication, trust, connection, and navigating cultural differences. Individual sessions focus on self-awareness, clarity, and processing past experiences. Sessions move at your pace, grounded in support, curiosity, and collaboration.
