Brianna Boffoli, LICSW

Psychotherapist
MA
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with over 12 years of experience. My approach to therapy goes beyond addressing life’s challenges—I strive to help clients recognize and build on their strengths as a powerful pathway to healing. I specialize in working with young adults who are seeking deeper connection, greater self-worth, and a stronger sense of purpose. If you’re ready for meaningful, productive change, I will partner with you to explore your story, foster insight, and help you move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life. Through healing, support, and guided self-discovery, you can take control of your own path—because your future doesn’t have to be defined by your past. My approach My approach to treating low self-worth, self-esteem issues, and distorted thinking is client-centered and collaborative, tailored to meet each individual where they are. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to promote insight, self-compassion, and lasting change. Taking a holistic perspective, I address emotional, physical, and social well-being to help clients build resilience, strengthen confidence, and develop healthier routines that align with their personal goals for growth and transformation. My focus As a clinician, I specialize in working with male and female young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and ADHD. These diagnoses often impact important areas of life, including relationships, work performance, and patterns of behavior, such as substance use, binge eating, gambling, and other maladaptive coping strategies. Many of my clients feel that their eating habits—whether restrictive, impulsive, or emotionally driven—are significantly interfering with their quality of life.
