I recognize that mental health is complex, and I take a very person-forward, integrative approach to help you and/or your family reach healthy goals and feel better. I am a mental health counselor specializing in trauma, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder. I hold a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Sacred Heart University and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology. As a practitioner, I strive to meet you where you're at and create a safe space to explore your hurdles. I pride myself on being a compassionate, collaborative, and caring therapist, and I hope to help you on your healing journey.
