Getting to know Brianna Franklin

I’m Bri Franklin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Executive Functioning Coach who specializes in working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism. My practice focuses on high-achieving professionals, neurodivergent individuals, creatives, and those in caregiving roles who often feel overwhelmed and stuck in cycles of self-doubt or procrastination. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida and have additional training in psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ADHD-specific coaching. My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally responsive. I also offer faith-based integration for clients interested in exploring the relationship between their spiritual and emotional well-being. If you’re struggling to stay focused, manage your time, or find a rhythm that actually works for your life, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you can feel supported and empowered to create real change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are, blending insight-based work with practical tools and strategies. Whether we’re building executive functioning skills or unpacking deeper emotional patterns, I strive to help clients feel both understood and supported. Many of my clients appreciate the mix of structure and flexibility I bring to each session, and the permission to be fully human while growing at their own pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to explore your goals, strengths, and any areas where you’re feeling stuck. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that aligns with your values, priorities, and capacity. Sessions may include exploring past patterns, working through current challenges, and practicing real-world tools to help you stay organized, focused, and emotionally grounded. I also offer psychoeducational group options and coaching if a more structured format is helpful for your needs.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $155 for 50 minutes
Ongoing session: $155 for 50 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront
