“My daughter (11) talked to Brianna and came out of the session saying “I had fun”. That wasn’t the response I thought I’d get after therapy but I’m happy that she’s happy. We will be scheduling with her again.”

Getting to know Brianna Murray

I am passionate about normalizing mental health and supporting clients through their unique journeys. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, process emotions, and work toward healing. I am particularly drawn to working with children, families, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-worth, and trauma. I believe in the deep connection between mind and body, and I incorporate a holistic approach into my practice, often utilizing mindfulness and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation and self-awareness. My goal is to meet each client where they are and help them build tools that foster resilience and lasting growth. When I’m not practicing therapy, you can find me hiking, camping, spending time at the beach, or getting lost in a good book.
