IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $200 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. I am a LPC with 6 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief, generalized anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery. I take a person-centered, strength-based approach to therapy that is guided by each client's readiness for change, personal values, and individual goals. I earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Clemson University. I am trained in motivational interviewing, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective and incorporate experiential techniques to support emotional awareness and processing. I believe healing is a courageous journey, and you do not have to walk it alone. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, build self-acceptance, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
