Brianna Ramming, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Brianna! My name is Brianna Ramming, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I hold a Master's in Counseling from California Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside. I work with adults and adolescents and have experience effectively addressing anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and relational concerns. My approach I mainly use CBT in treating clients with anxiety and depression. I like to help clients explore their own thinking patterns and understand how their thoughts affect their emotions and behaviors. I provide psychoeducation on trauma and its symptoms so clients can better understand why they feel and behave the way they do. I also incorporate mindfulness and somatic interventions to help clients manage triggers and regain control over their lives. By focusing attention on physical sensations, movements, and bodily responses, clients learn how their emotions, patterns, and past experiences might be influencing them?especially those with trauma and attachment issues. My focus If you feel overwhelmed or stuck in a cycle of unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and actions, I am here to help you become aware of these connections and develop healthier thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that lead to a better outlook on life. I work with adults and adolescents to help them understand trauma and change how the mind and body remember it. My communication style My curiosity and eagerness to learn create an environment where clients can also become curious about emerging thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations as we work together. I strive to create a comfortable space where you feel safe to be your true self. I am here as a trusted partner you can confide in, but also as someone who will challenge you and support your growth.
