Bridget Anderson-Trim, LICSW

Psychotherapist
MA
Hi there, I'm Bridget! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts who specializes in working with BIPOC youth and young adults managing the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. My approach When working with clients, I employ a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, collaborating with them to identify their own strengths to overcome life challenges. My focus I work with clients who are struggling with school performance, social relationships, self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges that stem from a history of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My communication style I work diligently to provide a safe space where clients can be their most authentic selves. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist because I understand what it is like as a child to feel unheard and invisible. I have always wanted to provide youth and young adults the support I wish I had received. My goals for you I work with clients to develop goals that align with their sense of self and purpose, allowing them to live the best quality of life possible. My first session with you During your first session with me, we will discuss the events that bring you into therapy and work together to help you reach your goals.
