Bridget McGee, LMFT

Bridget McGee, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I am a solution-focused, collaborative therapist highly motivated to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible. If you are interested in approaching therapy from a faith-based perspective, I am happy to include that in our work as well. I hold a Master's in Social Work from San Diego State University and have completed professional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Through personal experience and training, I have developed skills to support others on their journey out of the prison of addiction and alcoholism into freedom and a fuller life. I am also trained to help couples. One reason I provide marriage counseling is that I have seen it work! My own marriage and blended family have experienced immense healing and growth through counseling, beyond what I expected. In providing individual and couple counseling, I have witnessed people discover the strength, meaning, and healing they have been needing and wanting, progressing toward their goals in ways they never imagined. It is inspiring and humbling.
