Most relevant

My experience with Bridgette Chase was disappointing and ultimately harmful. From the initial intake session, I did not get a good feeling about her approach, she seemed cold and lacked warmth, but I chose to give her a chance, assuming we just needed time to build rapport. I now regret that decision. She demonstrated poor professionalism, a lack of compassion, and minimal accountability. For our follow up she had Rula contact me multiple times to cancel appointments due to her own scheduling conflicts, then rescheduled me without my consent to a time I wasn’t available. When I communicated that the time didn’t work and asked to resume the following week as planned, she terminated our therapeutic relationship without a word. There was no discussion, no therapeutic closure, and no proper referral process, just a unilateral decision that disregarded both ethical guidelines and my well-being. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking responsible or compassionate mental health care.
