Getting to know Brigid Sanchez

On some days, the bare minimum can feel like an uphill climb. When your mind is running a mile a minute, it’s easy to get stuck in the “what ifs” of the future or the “what was” of the past. But the present moment — as imperfect as it might be — can also be a place to breathe and reconnect. I work with clients to discover what a meaningful, values-driven life looks like for them and how to bring that vision to life. I believe we all possess strength and wisdom inside us — sometimes we just need a bit of guidance to find our way back to it.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize EMDR to help clients release past trauma, DBT to build emotional resilience and mindfulness, and the Gottman Method to guide couples toward healthier communication and stronger connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that everyone has a story and I would love to provide a place to hear yours. The times have been tough for quite a few people and I believe its important to take time to be mindful of what emotions, thoughts, and challenges that means to you exactly. I welcome you to take the time and energy you deserve with therapy.
