My goal is to help you find practical solutions to your challenges. In our first session, we will begin with brief introductions to establish a comfortable and supportive environment. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will help you apply new techniques such as thought stopping allows you to decrease negative thoughts, anxiety, stress, and depression. I will introduce tapping solution techniques which allows you to tap 9 pressure points of the body and apply positive affirmations to help decrease anxiety, negative thoughts, anger and stress I will teach grounding exercises to help decrease negative thoughts. I am compassionate, open-minded, and understanding when I am working with clients. I have been in the mental health field for 10 years.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will do brief introductions. We will complete an intake assessment that includes the client's family history, mental health history, psychiatric history, medical history, medication history, goals, and many other topics that you feel are important for the therapist to know. The first session will set up the steps to follow up sessions.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
