We will embark upon a journey of self-exploration in which we will examine and resolve the thoughts and behaviors that limit your potential. It is my belief that awareness and insight are the primary forces of change. In our work together, we will focus on identifying your strengths and developing a plan to reduce engagement in maladaptive behaviors.
