I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. I aim to create a safe, trauma-informed space where each person feels heard, respected, and supported as they work toward meaningful growth and well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I work collaboratively with clients and families to set goals, track progress, and build practical skills that foster resilience and lasting change. I also bring experience working with adolescents in residential substance use programs and adults with traumatic brain injuries, helping clients develop tools to manage difficulties and build confidence in their daily lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
