Getting to know Brittany Cooper

Advocating For You, LLC was founded with the mission of developing clients' autonomy and advocacy skills to help them optimistically confront life’s obstacles, promoting resilience and increasing self-esteem. Clients are the experts of their own story and, through various life experiences, possess strengths, even when adversity may be debilitating. For the past six years, I have been developing skills to adequately help adults, adolescents, and families with stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflict. By working together, we will find understanding and meaning in life's experiences, with the goal of developing healthy coping strategies that build a sense of empowerment. Using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Writing Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I will help you navigate life’s current and future stressors. Seeking help is not easy but is the first step in your healing journey. I look forward to working together and helping you create the life you desire and deserve. A free initial consultation is required before our first session. If the 'Schedule Consultation' feature was not available upon booking, don't worry. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
