“I am grateful to share my experience with therapy under Brittany at Grow Therapy. From our very first session, it was evident that Brittany is both genuine and authentic in her approach. Her empathic and compassionate demeanor creates a safe space where I feel comfortable exploring my emotions and feelings head-on. She is mindful of my capacity, challenging me just enough to facilitate growth without overwhelming me. Brittany’s strength-based and solution-focused therapy style has been a game changer for me. She encourages me to step outside of my comfort zone while helping me recognize and explore my creative side and personal strengths. The activities we engage in are tailored to empower me, making coping and navigating this journey feel more attainable. After a negative first experience with therapy years ago with another therapist, I was hesitant to fully open up again. However, working with Brittany has allowed me to trust the process and truly invest in my growth. I appreciate her ability to guide me in a way that fosters self-discovery and healing. Overall, my time with Brittany has been transformative, and I feel that I am growing in more ways than one. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a supportive and effective therapeutic experience. Thank you, Brittany, for your invaluable support!”
