What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with my own mental health journey in my twenties. Having survived a traumatic upbringing, I knew I needed deep healing to create the life I envisioned for myself. Through receiving personalized, compassionate, trauma-informed care, I experienced firsthand the power of therapy—and it strengthened my commitment to helping others find that same sense of hope and healing. Today, I bring a humble, nonjudgmental perspective to every session, knowing that we all need support at different points in our lives. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and understanding, creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice radical empathy and acceptance, creating a space where hope and healing feel possible. In our work together, you’ll find a welcoming, judgment-free environment that draws on a strengths-based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and polyvagal-informed techniques. These tools help you understand your reactions, reduce stress, and restore balance to your mind and body. My style is supportive and authentic, with a touch of humor when it feels right—because laughter truly can be powerful medicine. Every session is tailored to your unique hopes and goals. I look forward to walking alongside you as you build resilience, regulate your emotions, and cultivate a more peaceful, balanced life.
