Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — like the weight of the world is pressing down on your shoulders? Have you tried everything you can think of, only to find that nothing seems to help? Between managing friends, family, relationships, and the everyday demands of life, it’s not uncommon to feel like you’re underwater, desperately trying to come up for air. I would love to offer you a life raft — a place of support where you can regain control, heal, and grow. Whether you're seeking healing, growth, or simply a safe space to figure things out, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Kennesaw State University in 2019 and went on to complete my Doctorate in Social Work at the University of Kentucky in 2025. Over the course of my career, I’ve gained experience across a variety of mental health settings. I have worked in inpatient hospital environments, supporting adults facing severe mental health diagnoses during times of crisis. I also served as the lead therapist for an outpatient substance misuse program, helping clients and their families navigate the complex challenges of addiction. For the past four years, I have specialized in working with children and adolescents within educational settings, helping students and their families cope with the impacts of anxiety, depression, hormonal changes, and the negative effects of social media. My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered because I believe that every person’s journey is unique and deserves personalized care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic approaches to guide and support you throughout your healing process. Together, we will identify and work through the patterns that may be keeping you stuck so you can move forward and create the life you want. Change can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face it alone.
