Finding a therapist that works best for you can feel overwhelming, especially when you're struggling to sort through what's impacting your life. My approach is informative, compassionate, and specifically tailored to help you move through pain and into greater clarity, connection, and self-trust. You don’t have to navigate the struggles alone. Therapy isn’t about giving you something you lack — it’s about helping you uncover what’s already there. Your voice. Your truth. Your wisdom. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or seeking deeper healing, therapy can offer a path forward, and I’d be honored to walk with you. Over time, therapy becomes a place where change is not only possible but expected. My approach Compassionate | Insight-Oriented | Experiential All things don't work the same for all people; therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every person with whom I have the honor to work brings their narrative, lived experience, and inner strengths. My therapeutic approach draws from four powerful modalities—AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)—each offering its lens and tools to help you heal, grow, and thrive. Together, they allow us to work with the whole person—mind, body, emotion, and story. Together, they create a holistic, flexible framework that meets you where you are and supports your journey toward lasting healing and well-being. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, because I don’t believe you’re broken. It’s about helping you feel safe enough to uncover who you truly are underneath the pain, defenses, or survival strategies you’ve had to use.
