Psychotherapist
CA
Growing up in a rural California community, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to access quality mental health care. That experience inspired my passion for helping others and my commitment to creating a warm, supportive space where every client feels heard, understood, and never alone. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe healing begins with genuine connection. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, or feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help you build resilience and move toward meaningful change. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with a special passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ community, individuals experiencing grief and loss, and those living with chronic pain or chronic illness. I have completed training as a Certified Grief-Informed Professional and remain committed to ongoing learning to provide the highest quality care. I believe therapy is about more than overcoming challenges—it’s about discovering your strengths, finding hope, and creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal and grow.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your experiences openly. I meet clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect, recognizing that everyone’s journey is different. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, celebrate your strengths, and work through challenges with practical tools, support, and encouragement. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy—we’ll navigate the process together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every client’s journey is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. During our first few sessions, we’ll build a foundation of trust, explore what brings you to therapy, and identify what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to better understand the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel empowered, understood, and encouraged throughout the process.
