I’m Brittni, and I’m a proud native Brooklynite. I attended Lawrence University and obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Hunter College at Silberman School of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Practice: Individuals, Families, and Groups. I have clinical experience working with individuals in the criminal legal system, unhoused, seriously mentally ill, substance use, and chronically ill. Additionally, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I am passionate and invested in working with individuals who have and are currently navigating oppressive systems and want to find healing through prioritizing preservation and care of self. By utilizing my clinical skills and mindfulness techniques based on yogic traditions, I hope to assist individuals in exploring their emotions, reconnecting with their bodies, and developing strategies to live a life that brings peace and ease.
