My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to this work through personal experiences with depression and anxiety earlier in life. Learning how to manage these challenges showed me that meaningful change is possible. This understanding continues to shape my belief that no one should have to face emotional pain alone. My goals for you I help clients set realistic, meaningful goals and work toward them through insight, skill-building, and gentle behavioral change. Progress happens at the client’s pace, with an emphasis on building tolerance for discomfort and creating sustainable change over time.
