Mindfulness practices may also be woven into our work to help deepen your self-awareness, presence, and sense of inner calm. At the heart of my work is the belief that you are not broken—you are becoming. Therapy is a space to rediscover your resilience, reconnect with your values, and move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.
