Getting to know Ca Trice Glenn

Life happens. In the most challenging moments, it helps to have a therapist who is prepared to help you navigate life's challenges with a holistic perspective. I have years of experience helping clients navigate difficult individual, couple, and family pressures associated with communication, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and grief. At its best, therapy explores the influence of one's mind (thoughts and emotions), body (physical responses), and spirit (sense of meaning and purpose). My approach to therapy is oriented toward the whole self. I journey with clients to discover healthier paths and meaningful life change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I hold a ThD in Pastoral Counseling from Emory University and a Master's in Community Counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta. With 16 years of practice, I help adults struggling with life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and personal growth to find a better way forward.
