Getting to know Calvin Felder Jr
To be honest, turning to therapy can be a difficult first step toward personal growth. Therapy has helped millions create a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques to help you release your fears and let go of habits that keep you from living your best life.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University, I have served clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds to address their life challenges. Utilizing my therapeutic skills, training, and experience, we will explore solutions to what troubles you most.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My work centers on providing an empathic, compassionate, and understanding therapeutic relationship in order to facilitate a safe space for real, meaningful change. I use an integrative approach and focus on connection as the core of healthy relationships and emotional well-being. As we work on the relationships that impact your life and your day to day decisions, you will come to enjoy looking back at the changes your efforts bring.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
