Hello! I am a EMDR-trained therapist who supports adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life’s challenges. I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs—whether that means managing anxiety, navigating mood shifts, healing from trauma, or overcoming addiction. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more empowered, and able to create meaningful relationships and a life that reflects your true self.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, whether it’s a recent turning point, something you’ve been carrying for years, or just a sense that something needs to change. You don’t need to have all the answers. Together, we’ll begin mapping out your goals and what you’d like therapy to look like.
