What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that healing happens through connection, play, and creativity. In our work together, I integrate play therapy with evidence-based approaches like Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic work, and Zen-inspired practices. My goal is to foster self-awareness, self-acceptance, and present-moment focus while helping clients build executive functioning skills and lasting tools for emotional growth. My own journey has deepened my empathy and commitment to supporting young people. I’m dedicated to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into their authentic selves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
