Hello, I'm Cammy Frazier. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker practicing in Ohio since 2016. I earned my undergraduate degree from Ohio University and went on to complete my master's in Clinical Social Work. My journey in mental health has been deeply rewarding, and I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate their unique challenges and achieve their goals.
I work with adults of all ages, and I believe in a personalized approach to therapy. Each person's journey is unique, so I tailor my treatment plans to meet your specific needs. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, strengths-focused therapy, and solution-focused treatments. Whether you're dealing with grief, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to support you. I also provide specialized support for the LGBTQIA+ community and those experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviors.
In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we work together to identify your strengths and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles. My goal is to empower you to find resilience and growth through life's challenges.
Outside of my professional life, I'm a wife and mother of three wonderful children and two adorable fur babies. I love spending time with my family, enjoying music, being outdoors, reading, and watching movies. I'm always eager to learn new things and bring that curiosity into my practice as well.
