Psychotherapist

We often tend to compare ourselves to what we see on social media to the point we believe that everyone else has it figured out. I’ll be the first to let you know that you are not the only one who struggles with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, or relationship issues. With that being said, I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for while enjoying the process as much as possible and experiencing yourself in new ways. Simply put, I don’t believe therapy is a negative thing. Life is too short to surrender to bad relationships, hold grudges, let trauma control us, or be anxious and angry. I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life on life’s terms, and find meaning and purpose in work, family, friendships, spirituality, and all other areas of life. As a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from Valdosta State University, I have helped individuals, couples, and families find healing and understanding in desperate situations. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life, and I will be here to help you every step of the way. If you are ready to take that step, I’ll be prepared to support and empower you!
