Hello, I am Dr. Clark.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Have you experienced significant traumatic events in both childhood and adulthood whose residual effects continue to haunt you? Do you struggle with low self-esteem, chronic nightmares, memory loss, medical or health issues, or feel stuck in a rut? Have you had a near-death experience and need to talk about it?
I may be able to help you figure things out and perhaps find meaning and purpose in your life. Many situations in life can cause symptoms of depression and anxiety. Together, we can identify what’s not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, coping skills, and art to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need to process relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I’m here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you’re making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I’ll meet you with compassion and proven techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let’s work together!
What should a new client know about working with you?
During your first session, you can expect to enter a safe space of calm. Be prepared to bring your authentic self; your tears; and your heartaches and expect to find a pathway towards healing. Please, understand that you will not be judged, criticized or critiqued. We are all a work in progress. However, my ultimate goal and objective is for you to eventually heal completely enough to evolve into becoming the best version of yourself and go on to live your best life.

Dr. Clark has excellent listening skills and she is strategic in helping the patient connect the dots.

Dr. Clark has helped me unlock and identify my negative thoughts and feelings. We use the term "help" loosely; however, I can say "help" because I am a different person today due to Dr. Clark's loving and heartfelt assistance. I look at life through different lenses and look forward to this new chapter. Dr. Clark, thank you so much for all that you do to help your patients get on the path of living life to its fullest!

Dr. Clark is the third therapist I have had in my life and the one I have been waiting for all of my life. She is warm, open, honest, kind, caring, accepting and understanding. She empowers me and helped me more on my healing journey than any other therapist. I couldn't have made it through the end of this year without her and I am so grateful for her.
